Baking Workshop: Challah & Babka
Learn how to make Challah & Babka with local chef Victoria Palkin in our 1909 Heritage Kitchen!
Join us for a hands-on baking workshops on making challah and babka with local cook Victoria Paikin. Learn the basics of challah, from making the dough to braiding the bread. Victoria will also then do a demonstration on how challah dough can be used to make babka as well.
This workshop is open to all skill levels! Just come with a curious mind and readied tastebuds.

Ages 15+. Registration required.

About Mackin House Museum:
Mackin House Museum (operated by Coquitlam Heritage Society) is a museum based out of a 1909 Heritage House originally belonging to the Sales Manager of the Fraser Mill. The house now serves as a community event space, hosts exhibits, and generally works to share the joint culture and history of the diverse city of Coquitlam.
