You're a woman in your 40’s now... and maybe your sleep is broken. Your energy is unreliable. You say yes when you mean no and then resent it quietly. Menopause is adding a layer of physical change nobody warned you about, and somewhere along the way, you got buried under everyone else's needs.

Join us for a 2.5-hour supportive, experience-based workshop led by Diana Alvarado of Be Empowered with Diana and Christina Wong of Journey Back to Self — two coaches who specialize in guiding women through exactly this season of life. This evening is designed to give you real clarity on what's happening in your body and mind, and practical tools you can actually start using today.

You'll walk away with:

  • A clearer understanding of perimenopause and menopause — what's driving the fatigue, sleep disruption, mood shifts, and body changes — so you can stop wondering if something is "wrong" with you
  • A simple energy audit framework to identify what's draining you most right now and one immediate shift you can make this week
  • A boundaries practice — not the theory of boundaries, but real-time practice in setting boundaries, asking more honestly, and receiving support in community
  • A personalized reflection tool to help you reconnect with what you actually need in this season (and give yourself permission to want it)
  • A gentle closing breathwork practice you can return to anytime your nervous system needs to reset
