Power of Being a Girl is a one-day empowerment conference for girls and gender-diverse youth ages 8-12 (Grades 4-6) who are comfortable in a space that centers around the experiences of girls. Through interactive workshops, youth-friendly discussions, and inspiring women speakers, participants will explore healthy relationships, consent, body image, gender norms, self-worth, and leadership. With support from trained facilitators and teen mentors, youth will build confidence, practice positive self-talk, strengthen peer connections, and learn how their voices and choices can create meaningful change in their lives and communities.
