Invitation: Be Farm Well App Testing SessionWe invite you to participate in an in-person testing session for the Be Farm Well app.This session offers farmers and farm family members an opportunity to explore a new wellness platform designed specifically for agriculture and to provide valuable feedback that will help shape its future development.Session Details Time: 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Location: Wyoming Fairgrounds Board Room. 595 Main St,Wyoming, ONApp Overview The Be Farm Well app has been developed to ensure that every farmer has access to wellness supports, regardless of geographic location or barriers to care. The platform includes practical, agriculture-relevant mental health and wellness resources such as:<ul><li>Webinars and micro-learning modules on topics including farm succession planning, communication, and foundational mental health</li><li>Podcasts and audio blog content</li><li>Guided tools and reflective practices</li></ul>Participant Appreciation Participants will receive a $50 thank-you gift card, or may choose to have a donation made in their name to Three Oaks Cabin. Refreshments will also be provided.Your feedback is essential in ensuring this resource is relevant, accessible, and meaningful for the farming community. We look forward to your participation and insight.
