Welcome to the Lawson Foundation Child &amp; Youth Diabetes Virtual Visits SeriesIn episode 15, we will explore the development and delivery of the First Nations Health and Social Secretariat of Manitoba’s (FNHSSM) Indigenous-led Anti-Indigenous Racism (AIR) training program. Guest, Cheryle Dreaver, will share the history of the training, the gap it addresses in healthcare, and insights from participants—many of whom are engaging in Indigenous-specific anti-racism learning for the first time.Drawing on cohort data, participant reflections, and conference learnings, this session will highlight the impact of the training and the role it plays in supporting more culturally safe and equitable care.
