The Ottawa Chapter of the ICF presents this event in conjunction with International Coaching Week. Turn your passion for coaching into a sustainable business with practical insights, proven approaches, and community support. This hour is an Info Session about the Pilot Project. Many of us struggle to consistently attract clients, and now there’s an opportunity to try a new collaborative approach together as part of a pilot group within our community.We are inviting you to join a Codevelopment Action-Learning (CAL) Group, a small, collaborative cohort of coaches volunteering to work together to generate new ideas, strategies and insights to grow our client base.The CAL approach is a structured, peer-based process that helps participants explore real challenges together, generate practical solutions and strengthen business practices.In addition, by experiencing the CAL process firsthand, you`ll expand knowledge and gain a valuable tool you can later offer to your own clients, creating even more opportunities for impact and business growth. This is a pilot program. If successful, the approach could be expanded within our community to tackle a variety of challenges. By joining, you’ll help shape something that cold benefit many more coaches in the future.The seed for this pilot was planted last year during International Coaching Week, when the Ottawa Chapter of the ICF hosted an event, ‘’Expand Your Coaching Practice with Codevelopement Action-Learning,’’ delivered by Ron Chesire, one of the authors of the CAL approach.
