Group and Team Coaching Roundtable
Coach groups and teams through uncertainty. Explore tools, mindsets, and presence to navigate change with clarity and compassion.
The Ottawa Chapter of the ICF presents this event for the International Coaching Week (ICW).
We’re living and working in a time where certainty is in short supply.
Economic shifts, organizational change, global events, burnout, and nervous systems stretched thin—many of the groups and teams we coach are feeling it.
So how do we coach well when answers aren’t clear?
In this interactive roundtable, we’ll explore:
- What groups and teams need most when the future feels unpredictable
- How to create psychological safety and steadiness without pretending everything is “fine”
- The difference between problem‑solving and presence in uncertain contexts
- How we, as coaches, can stay regulated, grounded, and resourced ourselves
This is a conversational, reflective space. Bring your questions, your experiences, and the real challenges you’re seeing in your work.
No fixing. No formulas. Just thoughtful dialogue with peers who get it.
If you’re coaching groups or teams through change, ambiguity, or ongoing uncertainty—you’re not alone, and you’re warmly invited to join us.
Your host, Sarah Boardman, PCC
