The Prairie Hike

Guided by Renny, we’ll hike through the open prairie and up into the ancient river sand dunes. Smell, feel, and taste the native grasslands, and if you’re up for it , get belly-deep in the grass with us. Note: Moderate hike of less than 1km round trip

A Taste of the Land: Dinner by Odla

We return to the Beaver Creek site to transition from the wild prairie to a refined, sit-down long-table meal. Chef Scott Dicks will introduce the menu, sharing the stories behind the locally sourced ingredients.
