Rider Pre-Season Game Shuttle Service – Exclusive for SDMH Hotel Guests

Turn Game Day into a Rider Weekend in Saskatoon !

Discover Saskatoon and Saskatoon Destination Marketing Hotels (SDMH) are offering a complimentary shuttle service for guests staying at participating SDMH hotels to the Saskatchewan Roughriders pre-season game on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

This exclusive service is available only to guests staying at participating SDMH hotels.

How It Works:

1. Book your stay at a participating SDMH hotel
2. Reserve your seat by registering through Eventbrite (space is limited!)
3. Provide your hotel details (hotel name and confirmation number) during registration
4. Arrive early — be at your designated pick-up location(listed below) at least 10 minutes before departure. Please note: Pick-up is available at three central hotel locations (not individual hotels) to keep things running smoothly.
5. Check in to board by showing your hotel room key (in its envelope) and valid ID
6. Enjoy the game — no parking stress, no transit planning
7. Head back after the game — return to the shuttle location by 9:00 PM for your ride back

Pick-Up Locations & Schedule

Schedule subject to change. Updates will be shared with registered attendees via email.

Pre-Game Departure:

• Comfort Suites 203 Bill Hunter Ave (North End) Departs at 3:15pm
• Holiday Inn Downtown 101 Pacific Ave (Central) Departs at 3:30pm
• Sandman Signature 2815 Lorne Ave(South End) Departs at 3:45pm

Arrival:

• Approx. 4:00 PM at Griffiths Stadium

Post-Game Return:

• 8:30 PM – Game ends
• 9:00 PM – Shuttle departs from Griffiths Stadium and returns to hotel drop-off locations

Guest Requirements

• This service is exclusively for guests staying at participating SDMH hotels
• Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the designated pick-up and drop-off locations. Shuttle service is only provided between these locations and Griffiths Stadium.
• You must present your hotel room key (in its envelope) and valid ID before boarding
• Pre-registration through Eventbrite is required (no walk-ups permitted)
• Seating is first-come, first-served based on registration

No-show Policy: If you register but do not check in at your designated hotel pick-up, your seat may be released to another guest.

• FREE service – Courtesy of Discover Saskatoon & SDMH
• Maximum of 2 registrations per person – Additional guests must register individually
• Plan ahead – Shuttles depart on time and cannot wait for late arrivals
• Game ticket required – Shuttle service does not include admission
