We gather for an online iteration of Ritual for ceremony, breathwork & reflection to honour the Scorpio full blue moon during Taurus season.

Hello you magical soul,On Sunday, May 3rd at 7:30 PM ET we gather virtually for ceremonial breathwork to honour the depth of this Scorpio full blue moon.This moon ritual includes the setting of the container, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology &amp; current themes, movement, 45 minutes of somatic breathwork, as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.The Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration.I am honoured to serve you in this way. ** WHAT TO BRING/PREPARE **<ul><li>water &amp; warm drink (cacao is ideal if possible)</li><li>candle</li><li>journal &amp; writing instrument</li><li>a comfortable and distraction-free sacred space</li><li>nest (mat/cushion, pillow, blanket) for breathwork</li><li>eyemask (recommended)</li><li>headphones / good speakers (for an immersive experience)</li><li>an open mind &amp; heart</li></ul> The energy of the Full Moon is at its peak on Friday, May 1st at around 1:25 PM (ET) and is present for 3 days on each side of this point.(*Blue moon = second full moon in a calendar month) * This is a virtual gathering being held on Zoom* The container will be set and held shortly after we begin, due to the nature of energy and flow, late arrivals will have the opportunity to take part in the replay.Honour the container - yourself and those in it, by being on time.Additionally, depending on the size of the container, the sharing circle may be modified accordingly (and in some cases, may run a little over time if needed -- so the ask is to give yourself a buffer on the back end).Thank you for your understanding on these aspects, I look forward to gathering together to acknowledge these powerful transits of the year. ~ REPLAY will be available ~ *If you are trying to decide if this is for you, I invite you to close your eyes, take 3 full breaths, quiet your mind, bring your awareness into your heart and listen to the message from that still small voice within -- and trust.I honour whatever your decision is, please reach out with any questions.-- And if you're struggling to hear that voice, know that this gathering can help to cultivate that inner connection.
