What is PLUFFET, you ask? It's a unique blend of plated and buffet-style service, ensuring you get the best of both worlds.
Chef Tony & Dave will kick off the evening by serving the first course, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the culinary delights you're about to indulge in. Fear not about taking notes—recipes will be readily available on Heat is On Catering website, the day after the class.

Important Reminders!
- Tickets are available 2 weeks prior to the event date at 10am
- All attendees must have signed up and present a valid Sherkston Owners picture pass upon arrival
- Please give a minimum 24 hours notice if you can no longer attend an event you signed up for. "No Shows" will be billed a $25 fee per ticket on their owners account.
