The Vibe: 60 minutes of moody, slow flow to ease you into your Sunday.
The Movement: We’re skipping the high-intensity cardio and sticking to a low-and-slow Vinyasa. Think deep stretches, fluid transitions, and plenty of time to breathe.
The Music: A curated playlist of Taylor’s best moody, atmospheric, and heartbreak tracks—mostly from the Folklore, Evermore, and TTPD eras. Singing along to your fav tracks is strongly encouraged.
Perfect for: Shaking off the week, processing some feelings, or just vibing to a bridge while in a deep hip stretch. Come as you are, leave feeling significantly more chill.

Megan has been teaching yoga in Ottawa for over 10 years. Whether it's slow movement, dance or fitness, Megan aims to support people in tuning into their bodies. She specializes in feel good movement and bangin' playlists.
