MEN DO CRY.

Let’s shift the stigma around men’s mental health.

Join us for the 4th annual Courageous Conversations with Men, a free community session focused on real stories, honest conversations, and changing the way we think about mental health.

This year, we are especially encouraging youth, parents, educators, coaches, mentors, and youth serving organizations to attend.Men in our community are rising up to share their mental health stories openly and honestly.

When youth see men model vulnerability and courage, it can shift how they think about strength, asking for help, and supporting their own mental health.

What to Expect

• Honest stories from men sharing lived experience

• A welcoming space for real conversation

• Practical tools, resources, and connection

• A powerful opportunity for youth to see men speak openly about mental health
