Sunlit Stillness: Solstice Re-set

As an ANFT certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, allow me to guide you on a forest bathing walk. I will be honoured to offer you invitations to relax, unwind and restore as you deepen your connection with nature, engaging all your senses. May the forest be with you!

Mark the Summer Solstice as you pause, breathe, and honour the longest day with slow wandering, sensory awakening, and nature connection.

What if the longest day of the year became your invitation to rest and re-set?The earth reaches its fullest light at the Summer Solstice, yet many of us arrive at this season feeling depleted or apprehensive rather than energized. This guided Forest Bathing walk offers a chance to soften that pace.Together we will wander slowly beneath the canopy and by the water, breathing deeply, awakening the senses, and allowing the beauty and stillness of the natural world to quiet the mind and restore the spirit. In a culture that often asks us to hurry, produce, and push through, this midsummer pause becomes an act of care — a way to replenish yourself gently and naturally. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to both the season and yourself.
