No — the event is complimentary. We just ask that you RSVP so we can plan food, seating, and demo slots.

Do I have to receive a treatment?

Not at all. Live demos are completely optional. You're welcome to come learn about XERF, enjoy some bites, and ask questions at your own pace.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — friends are welcome. Please have them RSVP through Eventbrite too so we can save them a spot.

What should I bring, and how do I prep if I want to try a demo?

Just bring yourself. If you'd like to experience a live demo, please call the clinic at 604-571-6464 in advance to reserve one of our limited demo spots. Arrive with clean skin (free of makeup) on the area you'd like treated.

How does the free XERF treatment draw work?

Snap a photo at our event backdrop, post it to Instagram or Facebook, tag @southsurreyglowha and use #GlowXERFLaunch. One winner is drawn at 7:00 PM — you must be present to win. Prize is one free XERF treatment, redeemable within 12 months.

Yes. Exclusive event-night pricing will be available, and our team can set up a consultation and book you in on the spot.

Yes — light bites and sparkling beverages will be served.

I've never had a skin treatment before — is this event for me?

Absolutely. The evening is informational and welcoming whether you're brand new to aesthetics or a longtime patient. Dr. Andras Iso, MD and our team will be on hand to answer your questions.

What is XERF?

XERF is a non-invasive Structural Skin Tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to tighten skin and stimulate collagen — with no numbing, needles, or downtime. It's Health Canada–cleared for facial lines and wrinkles, brow lifting, and facial and neck laxity.

Live demonstrations will be led by Ruby Nayowski, Practice Development Consultant from Cynosure Lutronic. Our Certified Medical Aesthetician Alivia Stockall and Dr. Andras Iso, MD will be on hand throughout the evening for consultations.
