Join us for an inspiring two days of collaboration, innovation, celebration, and discussions on IEN integration and retention.

The Nova Scotia Internationally Educated Nurses Conference brings together internationally educated nurses (IENs), healthcare leaders, educators, researchers, policymakers, and community partners to explore innovative approaches to integration, professional development, retention, leadership, and health equity.

Come connect with fellow IENs and key partners, share experiences, and learn about new research and best practices on IEN integration and retention.


Day 1: July 23, 2026 (6 pm to 8 pm ADT)

Join us as we celebrate leadership, collaboration, and excellence in advancing IEN integration in Nova Scotia


Day 2: July 24, 2026 (8 am to 5 pm ADT)

Join us for a day filled with inspiring speakers, research discussions, and IEN integration insights
