Enjoy a free outdoor session focused on movement, mindfulness, and community care. This is the ultimate after-work decompression, designed to recharge both your body and mind as the city transitions into the evening.

Participation Waiver: All participants are required to complete a waiver. You can fill one out onsite or download it here to sign in advance.

Engine (HIIT) with Paluna
Engine is a high-intensity, bodyweight class designed to build real endurance and functional strength. Expect fast-paced circuits that spike your heart rate and test your output, all without a single piece of equipment. It's a straightforward workout with a simple goal: come in, put the work in, and leave better than you arrived.
