Forest Bathing Walks

Join Forest Lens for a guided Forest Bathing Walk, designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and experience the arrival of spring in a deeply restorative way.Unlike a typical hike, Forest Bathing is not about reaching a destination or getting a workout. Instead, it is a slow, mindful wander through the trees. Through a series of guided, sensory-based invitations, you will be encouraged to notice the subtle details of the forest including, the sounds of the waking woods, and the fresh scents of spring, allowing you to shift from a state of doing to a state of simply being.
