Do I need to eat dinner before class?

Accepted Answer

We will be eating a full meal in class, so come with an appetite. However, mealtime will be on the late side (after we cook), so it helps to have a small snack before class if you are used to an earlier dinner time.

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

No, everything will be provided, including aprons, knives, ingredients, and cooking equipment. HOWEVER, participants are encouraged to bring their own knives, if desired.

Can this class accommodate dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Most of Chef Heidi's classes can accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions (e.g. celiac, vegetarian) but it varies by class. Please see the class descrition OR contact Chef Heidi directly for information specific to this class.
