<h2>Hip-Hop Line Dancing with Rhea Daniels</h2> Join us for a joyful evening of Soul &amp; R&amp;B line dancing with community dance instructor Rhea Daniels.Whether you're stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or you've been line dancing for years, this welcoming class is designed for all bodies, all ages, and all experience levels.Together we'll learn foundational line dance steps, easy-to-follow routines, and a mix of classic and contemporary Soul &amp; R&amp;B dances. Modifications are offered throughout, so you can move at your own pace—whether you're looking for a little more challenge or a little more ease.More than a dance class, this is an opportunity to gather with neighbours, move your body, share some joy, and connect through music.Joy over perfection. Transportation stipends available upon request as well. Rhea Daniels is a dance instructor with a passion for leading classes that are welcoming, inclusive and fun. Her Soul / R&amp;B line dance sessions are designed to be joyful and accessible for all bodies and levels. In each class students learn basic steps of line dance, follow-along routines and classic and popular dances. Modifications are taught so you can adapt if you want a little challenge or a little ease. The goal is to have fun and connect. Rhea has an MFA in Dance and 20+ years of experience teaching dancers of all ages. This background along with training in Dance for Parkinson's and as a Canfitpro certified group fitness instructor, provides the foundations for classes that are structured to be just the right amount of challenging, safe, and that feel good in your body.
