The real challenge isn’t conflict—it’s staying present in it. Relational boundaries help coaches maintain trust, navigate tension, and lead conversations that strengthen rather than divide.

The challenge is maintaining presence during conflict.Across public and private schools, I’ve supported leaders with engagement, instruction, and alignment. Again and again, the same pattern emerges: when pressure rises, presence drops.Boundaries are often misunderstood. Rigid boundaries protect you, but distance people.
