So you’ve got a great business idea and now you want to go forward. How do you get your ideas on paper so that it’s easy for others to understand your business and for you to execute your ideas? Planning is one of the most important parts of business and every entrepreneur and small business needs to have a plan to guide them.

In this two part series, you'll gain an understanding of the key components of the business plan and how each section is connected to tell the story of you and your idea. We will explore the core sections typically included: Company Profile, Industry Overview, Competition, Products & Services, Target Market (customers), Operations, Marketing Plan and Financials.
