Question 1

Accessibility

Accepted Answer

Please note this workshop takes place in a multipurpose room on the second floor of Carr House accessed by a flight of stairs. Please reach out to carrhouse@telus.net with any requests, questions, or concerns regarding accessibility of the workshop, and we will do our best to accommodate!

Question 2

Parking

Accepted Answer

Parking is very limited at Carr House. Please park at Beacon Hill Park (a short walk away) if you are able, or we encourage utilising public transit. There are spaces available for 1 or 2 cars for visitors with limited mobility.

Question 3

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Accepted Answer

If Carr House cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund (fees included). Participants who request a refund at least 5 business days in advance will receive a refund minus Eventbrite fees. No refunds will be issued if requested past this, as our instructors work hard to prepare for classes!
