Sustainable Waterloo Region, in partnership with Natural Resources Canada and Building Knowledge Canada, is presenting a practical workshop for builders and housing-sector professionals on Ontario SB-12, future code readiness, and cost-effective design strategies.

Builders are being asked to meet today’s Ontario requirements while preparing for the next round of code changes. This session is designed to help you get ahead of that curve without overbuilding, overcomplicating, or guessing. Attendees will participate in a simulated Integrated Design Process (IDP).
