Introducing our 6th annual Rewilding Festival, in the beautiful Almaguin Hills on Saturday, September 19th. A celebration of nature and arts.
This will be a single-day event with daytime activities including a live music performance by James Gray, children's entertainment and nature activities. There will be an Indigenous Knowledge Sharing Ceremony for people to come together, connect, share stories, songs, and traditions. Following, a Community Song Circle to build connections with people through shared singing. Ending the day, there will be hands-on activities such as native tree and shrub planting to naturalize and restore the land.
The day will conclude with the evening concert, headlined by Julian Taylor, performing in Sunridge, ON. Please note: The evening concert is a separately ticketed event and is not included with the free daytime festival admission. Tickets for the concert must be purchased in advance.

Indigenous Knowledge Sharing Ceremony
A gathering for people to come together, connect with their culture, spirituality, and each other. We may share stories, songs, and traditions, and may include practices like smudging sage. These ceremonies are a way to connect with the beautiful land around us, share knowledge, build relationships, and honour Indigenous cultures.
Community Singing & Nature Activities
Join us for a community sing-along designed to bring people together, build lasting connections, and foster a deep sense of belonging through the power of shared music. No prior singing experience is required! Together, we will share songs, tell stories, and participate in nature-inspired activities that nurture an appreciation for our environment. This engaging, interactive performance offers a unique opportunity to gather and celebrate our collective love and care for the region's land and waters.
