11th International Miniature Print Biennale Exhibition - Entry Fee

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - Eleventh International Miniature Print Biennale Exhibition

Organized by the Ottawa School of Art, ByWard Campus

Exhibition dates: March 4 to May 9, 2027, Ottawa School of Art Gallery, ByWard Campus. J.W. Stellick Gallery

Open to all professional artists; prints must be made with generally accepted graphic techniques and have been produced since January 1, 2024. The deadline for submitting works is January 8th, 2027, 5:00 p.m. (EST) and submission entry fees must be received in order for work to be accepted. Non-refundable fees cover return postage of the prints, and are as follows:

• $25 CAD, for the first work and;
• $10 CAD for each additional work (4 artworks maximum)
• OSA encourages payment through Eventbrite. Payment can also be made by Canadian or International money order, or International Bank Draft.
• Maximum dimension of print image: 10 cm x 10 cm.
• Maximum dimension of matrix, (paper, cloth, etc.): 20 cm x 20 cm.
• Maximum dimension of plain white matt board, (“passe-partout”) and backing
• board: 25 cm x 25 cm.

Entry packages must include:

• The completed entry form;
• The works being presented to the jury;
• The entry fees or Eventbrite payment confirmation page;
• The artist’s résumé, (maximum 1 page);
• A short statement about the work submitted, (maximum 75 words).

If you are submitting 2 prints - choose the second ticket option

If you are submitting 3 prints - choose the third ticket option
