Join us for Alcove's first outdoor festival, Alcove Fest, in partnership with BLOX Arts Centre! Alcove Fest will take place in the East parking lot beside Alcove Beltline and BLOX Arts Centre (838 11 Ave SW).
Check out local DJS sleepyandsmall, NastyG & DJ EP, live performances by The Petty Larceneers, Hip Hip Thursday, Eazy G, Little Chief, Redfoot, and Ricca Razor Sharp and a public dance session with It's a Feeling. There will be local vendors, food trucks, outdoor lawn games and a pop-up graffiti wall for you to join led by Como se Dice. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring your pets, everyone is welcome!

Alcove Centre for the Arts (alcoveartscentre.ca) is a charity based in Calgary, AB which aims to make art more accessible and promote a vibrant local arts industry. We curate and cultivate community art spaces for Calgarians to engage in art and creativity while building a platform for emerging local artists. Alcove Centre for the Arts has two locations: Alcove Core and Alcove Beltline.
Alcove Core (244 7 Ave SW) is a Recreational Art Space open to the public providing free art supplies and instruments to stimulate creativity. The space also acts as a gathering place for workshops, community events, and social meetups. Come visit and get creative!
Alcove Beltline (1040 8 St SW) is a multi-use, flexible venue that is available to book for private or public events. If you are looking for an affordable space that has equipment rentals available, in a central location, for 75-100 people at a time, then this space may be a great fit for you!
