Do I need a yoga mat? What do I bring?

Yoga mats & blankets are available to reserve by request - Email hello@sacredpassagehealing.com to request (availability is not guaranteed if you do not reserve). It is recommended that you bring your own pillows for comfort (one for under your head and an extra pillow or bolster under the knees)

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

Please park on Brothers Road and walk down the driveway to the venue. The event is held on a private property that does not belong to the host. Please be mindful of noise levels and respect the privacy of those who live on the property while you are outside the building.
