Room and Pillar Spa

There are moments when your nervous system doesn’t need more coping tools… It needs a full reset. On Tuesday, September 22nd from 6:30–7:30 PM, step into Kelowna’s Himalayan salt cave for a rare 60-minute immersive frequency experience designed to bring your body and mind back into harmony. Only 8 people will be in the room. You’ll lie down inside a dimly lit cave carved entirely from glowing Himalayan salt, the air mineral-rich, the atmosphere still, the world outside completely gone. This is not just a sound bath. This is a guided ceremonial sound experience led by Karlee Rose, using: • crystal singing bowls infused with gemstone resonance • grounding drum & chime sequences • intuitive vocal activation & original song • nervous system attunement through sound & presenceRather than following a fixed script, each experience is intuitively guided and shaped by the energy of the group, allowing the sound, silence, and ceremony to unfold in the way that is most supportive for those present. To deepen the experience, each participant will receive a personalized intuitive vocal transmission, offered in support of whatever their system is ready to receive and integrate. The sound doesn’t just surround you, it moves through you, interacting with the salt-lined space to deepen sensory integration, emotional regulation and energetic release. With only 8 spaces available, the intimacy of this experience is what makes it so powerful. No two journeys are ever the same because no two groups carry the same energy. As your system begins to unwind, you may notice: ✅ mental noise dissolving ✅ emotional pressure softening ✅ breath deepening without effort ✅ a return to internal stillness you forgot was availableThis experience is designed to shift you out of overstimulation and into embodied presence, clarity, and regulation, quickly, deeply, and naturally. You’ll leave deeply relaxed, but in a way that feels different: a quieter mind, a softer body, and a sense that your whole system has settled back into balance.8 spots only. Once they’re gone, the cave is closed.Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Doors close at 6:30 PM.Save the fees & e-transfer to karlee@karleerosewelder.com (make sure to state which event you are attending)✨Private Salt Cave Bookings I’m also open for private bookings in the salt cave for intimate sound immersions, embodiment experiences & intentional gatherings. If you’re interested in creating a private experience for yourself or your group, email karlee@karleerosewelder.com or contact here.! IMPORTANT !Please bring a yoga mat to lay on (optional pillow). While the floor of salt crystals is relatively soft like a large-grain sand beach, it can be uncomfortable for some due to the length of the event. There are meditation cushions that can be used inside the cave for your comfort as well.Attendees must arrive NO EARLIER than 6:15 PM to sign-in, get the waiver settled, and get comfortable in the cave. We start promptly at 6:30 PM the latest, and the event goes till 7:30 PM. There is no need to come earlier than 6:15 PM as the extra 15-mins is to get settled so we can start on time.* *Refund Policy** No Refunds shall take due to the nature of the event. You are welcome to gift your ticket or sell it at face value. Please let us know if that is the case.Meet your Facilitator:Karlee Rose (LUMINA) is an Embodiment Guide, Sound Medicine Artist, and Facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves through nervous system regulation, sound, and embodied awareness.Over the past decade, she has guided thousands of people through private sessions, sound journeys, retreats, festivals, and transformational experiences.
