Harness the power of design thinking to remain relevant, resilient, and effective in a complex environment.
Public and private sector organizations face increasingly complex operational and service delivery challenges. Design Thinking Level 1 provides a structured, five-phase methodology—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—to address process bottlenecks and service gaps. Participants will shift from jumping straight to solutions to deeply understanding user needs, reframing business challenges, and rapidly prototyping ideas.
