<h2>Pemberton Breathlab</h2>BreathLab is a by donation offering designed to help you reset, release stress and reconnect with your body through the power of your breath.It’s a chance to pause, breathe and learn how to respond instead of react to life.BreathLab is also an opportunity to meet other community members.Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or already on the path, this session is for you. Come curious, leave clearer, calmer and more connected.

Agenda

A moment to settle in, meet other participants, set any intentions and for Keaton to introduce the process and what you could expect to experience.

The Beginning

You will be guided by Keaton through a 60 minute breathwork session using a range of techniques designed to support functional breathing, relaxation, focus and nervous system regulation.

The Moment

Some time to simply rest and do nothing, ask questions, share reflections and connect as a community.
