Question 2

Do I need to register for the Fraser Valley Hub?

Accepted Answer

Registration isn’t required, but we’d appreciate it if you RSVP so we can get a sense of how many people to expect. You’re welcome to drop by even if you haven’t registered!

Question 3

Do I have to join one of the runs to participate?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! You can join a community run, do your own movement, or simply come by the hub to hang out, grab a coffee, and connect with the community.

Question 4

What are the run times?

Accepted Answer

The Fraser Valley Hub community run starts at 10:00 AM PST (5km social pace)

What if I’m not a runner?

Accepted Answer

Everyone is welcome. Walk, hike, bike, roll, or move however works for you. The hub is also open to anyone who wants to come celebrate and support the campaign.

Question 6

Can I participate without coming to the Hub?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Wirth Moving Day is a Canada-wide movement challenge, so you can move wherever you are, however you like, and with whoever you like. Join the Strava Challenge and get moving with your friends, family, run club, workplace, or on your own.

I’m not in the Fraser Valley — can I join another hub?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We’re bringing Wirth Moving Day to communities across Canada with local hubs where people can come together to move, connect, and celebrate. Check out our eventbrite page for more Hub locations.
