From ancient Roman farce and Commedia dell'arte to The Second City and the pop-culture moments that made improvisation a household name, we'll explore how humans learned to make things up together.Along the way, we'll look at what it means to get “on the same wavelength.” Drawing on research into storytelling, neural coupling, empathy, active listening, stress and uncertainty tolerance, we'll explore how making things up on the spot can help us feel more connected, more flexible and maybe a little less terrified of not knowing what comes next.No performance experience required, just a willingness to embrace the unexpected.Megan Walter (@leadwithyourstory) is a Learning &amp; Development Specialist and Career Confidence Coach who helps professionals communicate their experience with clarity and confidence.
