Vancouver Hong Kong Forum Society (VHKFS) was established in 1991, serving as a community platform of engagement of the SAR’s public affairs of interest and concern to a growing Hong Kong diaspora in the Lower Mainland.溫哥華香港協進會於1991年成立，當時正值香港移民潮，不少港人移居加國後仍然十分關心香港的社會問題，因此決定設立一個平台，讓有興趣的人士參與討論加港大事。

溫哥華香港協進會、卑詩大學共研香江計劃、列治文公共圖書館聯合主辦，著名香港時事評論員及資深新聞工作者程翔的演講會。 程翔先生是香港資深新聞工作者和知名時事評論員。他會透過是次座談會，與我們分享他對香港回歸二十年的觀察和分析，並探討香港未來的去向。 Mr. Ching Cheong is a well-known Hong Kong journalist and public affairs commentator. He will share his observations and analysis of what has happened to Hong Kong since its return to China and his insight of what will happen to Hong Kong in the future.
