You will be introduced to Listen and Build, an approach to leadership development that starts with a real challenge, surfaces perspectives you may be missing, and turns what you learn into action. You will:
- Work on a change leadership challenge and move through hands-on exercises, guided reflection, and peer conversations
- Identify organizational pain points, test your assumptions against other people's experience
- Determine what follows and get clear on next steps.
This is a unique opportunity for prospective students to immerse themselves in the MBA classroom experience and gain a clearer sense of how graduate business education can elevate their professional trajectory.
