Free for area women with a cancer diagnosis to connect, learn, and build community.

Women diagnosed with any cancer who are currently in treatment and/or recovery.

Sessions to address physical, emotional, and mental well being. Educational and interactive. Dress for light movement and exercise.

Lunch and snacks provided. May want to bring a go mug for coffee, tea and/or water.
