14th Annual Toronto City Manager's Address
Toronto City Manager Paul Johnson discusses balancing long-term priorities with a new City Council’s direction.
Elections can bring change, new ideas, and new directions, but the core priorities, challenges, and opportunities facing a city often extend well beyond a single four-year election cycle. At the 14th Annual IMFG Toronto City Manager’s Address, City Manager Paul Johnson will discuss how the City of Toronto’s Public Service is preparing for a new term of Toronto City Council while maintaining momentum on key priorities. He will explore how staff balance continuity and long-term objectives with the need to remain responsive and adaptable to the directions set by the Mayor and Council, ensuring the City is well positioned to address Toronto’s evolving needs and deliver results for residents.
