VI ASHRAE Trade Show Booths
Booths for the VI ASHRAE 2027 Trade Show
Details:
- March 18
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Michèle Pujol Room, University of Victoria, Student Union Building, 3800 Finnerty Road (Ring Road)
- 2 Complementary St. Patrick’s YEA Mixer ticket with each Booth
- 1 Complementary ALI and St. Patrick's YEA Mixer ticket with each Booth, suggest giving to one of your customers
- Booth space is limited so we urge you to register online soon (once we make online registration site live) to ensure the best booth selection.
- Booths are 6ft x 10ft. Each booth will include a backwall, sidewalls and one 750W single power outlet.
- Booths will be assigned on a first paid and registered basis.
- Maximum two (2) booths per exhibitor as per ASHRAE regulations.
- Booths are to be setup on Wednesday March 17 from 1 pm to 4 pm.
- Booths must be removed on Thursday March 18 by 6 pm.
- Early Bird Booth (before January 30) $1,050
- Booth (January 30 and after) $1,300
- Early Bird Double Booth (before January 30) $1,800
- Double Booth (January 30 and after) $2,200
