Mindful Leadership: Cultivating Presence, Purpose, and Well-Being

Mindful leadership invites us to bring greater awareness, intention, and compassion to how we lead ourselves and engage with others. This interactive 60-minute workshop explores how mindfulness can strengthen presence, communication, resilience, and overall well-being.

Through experiential practices, guided reflection, and practical application, participants will explore ways to respond more intentionally to stress, navigate challenging interactions, foster meaningful connections, and cultivate sustainable mindfulness practices.

Rather than viewing mindfulness as one more thing to fit into an already busy schedule, participants will consider how mindful awareness can be woven into everyday moments—supporting a shift from automatic reactivity toward more intentional, values-aligned responses.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Describe core principles of mindful leadership and their relevance to personal and professional well-being.
  • Practice two evidence-informed mindfulness techniques that can be integrated into everyday life and leadership.
  • Identify mindful leadership strategies that support greater focus, resilience, intentional communication, and meaningful engagement.
