2018 Pig Roast

Nepean Sailing Club

NSC – Pig Roast  – Sat, Sept. 8
As part of this year’s FAntastic Nepean FAll Regatta (FANFARE), your Club is hosting a  Pig Roast at NSC. Put simply, the “Pig” will start roasting around noon on a spit over natural hardwood charcoal…dinner will include:
Roasted pork
Herb crusted roasted potato
Garden salad
Pasta salad
Corn on the cob
Cocktail buns with butter 
* Please contact businessmanager@nsc.ca if you are a vegetarian but wish to participate. 
 
At 8 pm, get ready for a lively evening of entertainment featuring a fabulous east coast band - The Jiggs Boson Band
