I ama certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, and have had training with various media to allow for using arts for therapeutic purposes. I am passionate about using art in a group setting, to heal the community as a whole.

Do you have goals for how the year 2020 will look like for you? This workshop will help you create a vision board for your personal goals.

We are headed into the year of perfect vision - 2020, and the beginning of the next decade! Do you have a vision of where you would like your life to go? In this workshop, we will start with visualizing how 2020 looks like for you, complete with personal goal setting for the year 2020. We will work towards creating a vision board for you with clear steps that align with your goals. Come join us for a fun activity that will kickstart the new year for you. All materials provided. Feel free to bring a couple of pictures / quote for your vision board if you like.
