What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

As all funds collected through registration help support the event and proceeds are forwarded to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, we have a "no refund" policy.  Thank you for your understanding.

Question 2

Are there local hotels close to the events?

Accepted Answer

Our event is located in the city of St Albert, Alberta.  Hotels inside the city include the following:             
(1) Holiday Inn Express St Albert;
(2) Best Western Plus St Albert;
(3) St Albert Inn

Question 3

Do you have a location to store trailers for people who haul their rides to the show on Saturday?

Accepted Answer

We are fortunate to have a partnership with ELITE RV & Mini Storage (Formerly Riel Park RV).  They are located at 6 Riel Drive, St Albert.  For more information, email us at rocknaugust1996@gmail.

Question 4

We would like to park as a Club, can we reserve locations at any of the events?

Accepted Answer

Due to the number of participants and the commplexity of getting everyone on site as quickly as possible, we are not able to reserve space.  We encourage groups that want to park together to stage at an offsite location and arrive as a group.
