Social work ethics

Members of the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers are required to complete annual professional development, which must include training related to social work ethics.

<p>An overview of the ethical considerations that social workers may have when working with clients during the holiday season. Discussion will focus on religious and cultural diversity, as well as trauma informed practice. </p><p>This event will count toward fulfilling members’  requirements for professional development in social work ethics. The workshop is interactive, and is only available as a live event; it will not be recorded for distribution.</p><h3>Eligibility</h3><p>Must be a member of the <a href="https://nscsw.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nova Scotia College of Social Workers</a> to attend; all active, associate, retired, and student members are welcome.
