A 4-part workshop series that empowers families of 13-15 year-olds with disabilities with knowledge, resources, and more.

Join our 4-part workshop series that engages families in discussions for their 13-15 year olds with developmental disabilities with knowledge, resources, and a sense of direction for the future. We will touch on a variety of topics including values and belonging in the community, visioning and planning, various transitions during junior high school, navigating various systems age appropriate for families.
