<h1>SNOWGA + SOUND</h1> <h3>Bend before you send this winter!</h3>Join POW athletes, ambassadors + enthusiasts for SNOWGA + SOUND - an all levels yoga class designed for snowboarders + skiers followed by a soundbath journey designed to relax and restore.DATE: SUNDAY March 17th – 6:30 – 8 pmThis event will be taking place in the beautiful, spacious and sirene lobby of the Audain Art Musuem.Doors at 6:15 pm. Dress comfortably, bring your yoga mat and any props / blankets you may need. Movement led by Bridget Reichert - 500hr + YTT, followed by sound led by Nancy Trueman of True North Yoga + Sound.
