Exhibitor Fair Part 2 will Feature:<a href="https://jack.org/Home" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jack.org</a>Jack.org is Canada’s only charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health in every province and territory. Through Do Something, Jack Talks, Jack Chapters, and Jack Summits, young leaders identify and dismantle barriers to positive mental health in their communities. And through ambitious innovations in youth mental health like Be There, we give people the mental health resources they need to educate themselves. We’re working towards a Canada where all young people understand how to take care of their own mental health and look out for each other. A Canada without shame, where all those who need support get the help they deserve. Our movement is powered by tens of thousands of advocates and allies across every province and territory of Canada. And we’re just getting started.<a href="https://purelandqigong.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Seventh Happiness</a>Master Teresa’s The Seventh Happiness School of Chi Gong is rooted in the Chinese proverb: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch a fish, you feed him for a lifetime.”Her School has two main modalities: Medical Chi Gong and Pureland Qi Gong, both of which represent taking charge of the flow of energy in the body to release symptoms of diseases and difficult emotional feelings. She teaches individuals and other professional healers how to raise consciousness and develop knowledge and teachings to accelerate integrative healing of the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual states. Her classes are harmonious, heart-centered and action oriented, and focused on the transmission of teachings through hands-on practice and transformational learning, guiding students to experience a deeper sense of the universal chi.<a href="https://www.tehn.ca/programs-services/mental-health-addiction/community-outreach-services" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Family Support Program – Michael Garron Hospital</a>The family support program offers an eight week group series to assist families and friends of individuals with a major mental illness. The program is co-ordinated by a member of The College of Psychologists with over 30 years of experience working in the mental health services.Program Goals:To decrease the stressors family members often experienceTo enhance the family’s understanding of mental illnessTo increase the family’s ability to cope with the illnessTo provide an opportunity to meet with other family members---Teachers who are bringing a group of students, you may share the Zoom link you receive with your students or enter their emails to have them sent to your students directly.
