Debbie King is a Toronto-based fitness leader and community builder. Working in collaboration with community members and organizations, she offers events and opportunities for folks to get physically active and active in the Parkdale community. Access and inclusion are key elements to all events.

Masaryk Park

<h2>All families are welcome to join this child-friendly workout. </h2><h3>Pop out for some fun Saturday morning activity that gets the whole body and the whole family moving together!</h3><h3></h3><h3>Includes:</h3><ul><li>Easy-to-follow games and exercises led by Stella Isaac</li><li>Moves inspired by the original FitPlay game  (e.g. jumping jacks, duck walk)</li><li><em><strong>plus</strong></em><strong>  fresh baked cookies courtesy of </strong><a href="https://craigscookies.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"><strong>Craig's Cookies</strong></a><strong></strong></li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Location:</h3><p>Masaryk Park (south of Queen Street West). </p><p>Note: Play structure and public washrooms nearby.</p><h3></h3><h3>Reminders:</h3><ul><li>Stay home if you are sick</li><li>Dress for the weather, layers are suggested</li><li>Check your email for any weather-related updates</li><li>Inclusive space with zero tolerance for hate of any kind</li><li>Maximum 10 participants. <h3>About Stella</h3><p>Stella Isaac is the founder of NaCl Saturdays, a community fitness workout group she started during the pandemic. Stella lives at the intersection of community and fitness. She competed for York University’s varsity track and field team as a long jumper. She has taken her knowledge and experience of community and fitness and translated it to the NaCl Saturday community. In 2021, she was awarded a ParticipACTION grant where she invited fitness instructors in her community to co-lead NaCl Saturday classes.
