<h2>Join this active walk/workout to enjoy some child-free time outdoors.</h2><h3>Pop out for some renewing Sunday morning activity that brings you closer to nature, and away from distractions at home. 18+ only. </h3><h3></h3><h3>Includes:</h3><ul><li>An active walk to the lake and back (e.g. Marilyn Bell Park) led by Nicole Fowler</li><li>Gentle strengthening exercises for all fitness levels by the lake</li><li><strong><em>plus</em></strong><em>, healthy treats courtesy of Nature Healing Bakery</em></li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Location:</h3><p>Start and end at Close-Springhurst Parkette (south of King Street West). </p><h3></h3><h3>Reminders:</h3><ul><li>Stay home if you are sick</li><li>Dress for the weather, layers are suggested</li><li>Check your email for any weather-related updates</li><li>Inclusive space with zero tolerance for hate of any kind</li><li>Maximum 10 participants.
