The art of bead making is not only therapeutic but is a sit-down stress-free activity! In this class each participant will learn step by step how to create beautiful one-of-a-kind beads using materials provided, and then turn them into 2 wearable bracelets. Each kit will include 8 precious gemstone beads that bring natural healing properties, to be added to each bracelet. The stones healing properties will be the focus of my discussion and how it can be beneficial to everyday life and how it has helped me personally with my own mental health journey. Kit will be provided : 	•	Clear string x 2 pieces 	•	Glue 	•	Two different patterned pieces of paper  	•	4 dowels	•	8 gemstone beads 	•	Cardboard frame to hold beads while drying
