Welcome to Manifestation Meditation Sound Bath!Start your day with intention! We will begin by together setting our intentions for this class, for our days and for our journey to come. Intention plays a huge role in our day to day so together lets set intentions for our meditation.You will be guided into three minute breath work session called “Ego Eradicator.” This breath work technique is extremely grounding and is an amazing tool to use when you’re feeling anxious. It is also very cleansing and clearing which will help us remove that which no longer serves us clearing negativity and any stuck energies, creating space for more abundance and manifestation. This breath work technique truly helps to make you more magnetic, attracting more positive energies that align with your frequency.**Disclaimer: IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR ON YOUR MOON CYCLE IT IS NOT ADVISED YOU DO THIS BREATH (If that applies to you follow along but instead replace the breath work deep breathing instead. Long inhales and exhales)We will then join one another in unison for a 3 minute &#x27;Tantric Har&#x27; meditation. This meditation is amazing for attracting abundance and prosperity. (If you would like to Google how this meditation is done prior to class there are many videos online to help guide you, however I will go over everything during class)From here you will be guided into a Manifestation Meditation accompanied by a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.With a combination of healing frequencies and binaural beats you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body. These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas and energy centres within the body. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. They also balance out the left and right hemispheres of the brain helping to guide your mind into deeper states of consciousness and meditation. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may experience an &quot;out of body,&quot; or floating sensation. All of these sensations are completely normal.Some benefits of Sound Baths include, deepened states of relaxation, improved sleep, heightened energy and focus, memory improvement, deepened states of relaxation, improvement and balancing of mood, lowering of stress and anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelming wellbeing.What you need for the journey:1. A relaxing place to lie down; You can choose to lie down on a mat, on your couch, the floor, even your bed. Anywhere that you can get nice and comfortable2. A eye pillow or eye mask. (Recommended but not required)3. A laptop or cellphone to stream the event.4. Headphones or AirPods. (Recommended but not required)5. Comfortable loose clothing you can relax in.Don’t forget to set your sacred space! Feel free to use crystals, incense, candles, tea whatever you like to set the mood and get your mind, body, and soul grounded and relaxed.That’s it! Kick back, relax, and start your day off in true alignment!
